It's now a GOP talking point. Rush says Obama's "objective is unemployment"
As the economy performs worse than expected, the deficit for the 2010 budget year beginning in October will worsen by $87 billion to $1.3 trillion. The deterioration reflects lower tax revenues and higher costs for bank failures, unemployment benefits and food stamps. But in the Oval Office of the White House none of this is a problem. This is the objective. The objective is unemployment. The objective is more food stamp benefits. The objective is more unemployment benefits. The objective is an expanding welfare state. And the objective is to take the nation’s wealth and return to it to the nation’s quote, “rightful owners.” Think reparations. Think forced reparations here if you want to understand what actually is going on.

Pete Sessions started this new meme. Now they are adding "reparations" too. My they are learning such big words.

1. Awesome.
I'll start worrying when these guys come up with real, viable opposition talking points that make even partial sense. This current crap is just embarrassing.

2. He's cloaking his racism better than usual.
He didn't actually use the word "negroes."

3. Well, their form spokesidiot could put two syllables together without choking on a pretzel...
...but Rush has a bit more flair for words than Shrubby McFucktard, so they can now use bigger words.

5. Rush, if you want to call a social safety net a welfare state, let's go with that.
I want an expanded welfare state. I want more socialism.

Call it whatever the fuck you want, Rush. I want more of it.

8. UNEMPLOYMENT is one area where Obama will never equal Dubya.
Dubya took a great nation with a balanced budget
and plunged it into the "2nd Great depression" in 8 short years.
That's a pretty impressive feat, when you think about it.

Rush Limbaugh should die of gonorrhea and rot in hell.

Limbaugh agrees with Sessions: Obama’s ‘objective is unemployment.’

Transcript:

LIMBAUGH: As the economy performs worse than expected, the deficit for the 2010 budget year beginning in October will worsen by $87 billion to $1.3 trillion. The deterioration reflects lower tax revenues and higher costs for bank failures, unemployment benefits and food stamps. But in the Oval Office of the White House none of this is a problem. http://thinkprogress.org/2009/05/11/sessions-obama-diminish/
Rep. Pete Sessions: Obama wants to ‘diminish employment’ in order to consolidate power.

In an interview, Mr. Sessions cited rising unemployment in asserting that the administration intended to “diminish employment and diminish stock prices” as part of a “divide and conquer” strategy to consolidate power.

Mr. Sessions, in his seventh term, said Mr. Obama’s agenda was “intended to inflict damage and hardship on the free enterprise system, if not to kill it.” By next fall, he predicted, voters may regain appreciation for the era of Republican governance when “many dreams were achieved,” the size of the economy doubled and employment and financial markets hit record levels.
