A few of these were wrung from those tortured by U.S. personnel.
It should always be remembered the procedures used were employed traditionally to gain false confessions, not accurate information.

The whole purpose was to get Iraq linked to 9/11. They did that - so torture succeeded.
The fact that the techniques they used were designed in the '50s by the Chinese explicitly to elicit false information is beside the point.
