should do so now. And I mean a REAL HEARING.

I'll wager Pelosi wishes she had held hearings on Downing Street Memos starting in January 2007.

3. low profile hearing that media roundly ignored....and so did the Dem leadership at the time.
In fact, Bill Clinton said he never even HEARD of the Downing Street Memos when asked about them by David Letterman a MONTH after Senate and Congressional letters were passed around by Kerry and Conyers calling for an inquiry.

2. I showed up for one of Conyer's "hearings" on "impeachment"
where the people who testified couldn't say "impeach". What a sham it was.

4. Intel gained by torture - fixed around the policy
It's all rolled up together and Pelosi ought to just let herself be used as the thread that unravels the whole thing.

5. So, is the blogosphere supporting her or not?
Imo, what needs to be done is to refocus, reframe this issue and Pelosi has little to do with that.

8. Yep - every Dem who cares about accountability should be demanding to see transcripts/tapes
of every meeting where interrogation was discussed.

Those against are the ones lying.
