Why didn't all the torture get Bush/Cheney any leads on bin Laden? |

Edited on Fri May-22-09 08:13 AM by NNN0LHI
Sure he could be dead but that is immaterial. You would think the confirmation of that could have been tortured out of his supposed fellow conspirators if torture is so damn effective. Wouldn't you? Or the leader of the Taliban Mullah Omar, the former anti-Soviet Freedom Fighter, who managed to get away from the full force onslaught of the US military on a fucking motor scooter. What happened to him? Been torturing people for over seven years and the torturers couldn't get that info?
Wonder why no one ever mentions this? This thought must have occurred to other people beside me.

1. Good question. I keep wondering why the didn't let one of the |
|
al-Qaeda leaders go and then follow him back to bin Laden's hideout. My guess is they were too busy asking about Saddam to think about bin Laden.

2. They didn't want Bin Laden - only a connection to Saddam Hussein. |

3. bin laden family + * = friends forever |
|
he and his family's done so much for *s family, why kill the goose that laid the murderous golden egg?
if torture works, why didn't they torture the bin laden family members here to find out if they had any info after 9/11 instead of helping them to fly out of the country?
because you don't do that to "helpful" friends?
