1. Here is a good break down of the judges and how they may vote (from a hopeful perspective)

Its a really good run down of the Judges and their past rulings and comments that in the end speculates it will be overturned by a 4-3 vote...

I too am hoping for a full overturn - but don't want to get my heart broken yet again. When prop 8 passed I literally cried myself to sleep for a good week and then gained about 15 lbs baking away my depresion. Here's to hoping their will be no more weight gain (I've lost it all already ;) )

We all knew Obama would win. So I spent the whole time worrying about proposition 8. And then when those initial results starting coming in, and we were down by a hundred thousand votes.. it was heartbreaking. I was just.. dead inside after that happened.. for a good amount of time.

But don't worry, we'll get marriage equality back. If not tomorrow, very soon :hug:
