I just went to Mt Vernon yesterday. There's no George Washington birth certificate. OMG!!

1. It doesn't matter.
Washington and other presidents born prior to independence were exempt.

I get the joke, but its dumb.

President Reagans birth certificate on
exhibit in the "Early Years" gallery. It is just to the left of the
Dixon arch.
