with repair complaints and he wants you out. That's all I can guess.
or maybe he thinks repairs are going to take so long that he needs the place vacant?
:shrug:
He can't just break a least that way though, unless you choose to let him. I can't imagine that Florida let's a landlord violate a lease very easily unless there is a specific clause in the lease allowing it.
Start documenting EVERYTHING. No matter what happens, having records of everything can only protect you. You need dates of when everything broke down, and descriptions. You need as much as you can get down about what was said or promised and when, and get as much as you can in writing. The more you can document the better you will be.

has an early out clause he is stuck with you. He may be able to evict you but could be liable for moving and related charges if he violates the lease and you have done nothing wrong.
