Once again, for the umpteenth time, Tweety said "Cheeeney" and of course it had to be remarked that this is the correct pronunciation. This is not news...

HOWEVER...did it occur to the ABINGTON, PA native, (that's why he's a Republican at heart and so's his brother) that the word HOLOCAUST is not pronounced "HOLLY-COST"? He was saying this on the day of the shooting and WOULD NOT STOP. Putz deluxe!

Now I'm from Philly's surrounding towns and have lived here for more than 55 years and NO ONE, AND I MEAN , NO ONE pronounces the word "HOLLY-COST". EVER!!!!!!

So Tweety, we don't give a flying fig how you pronounce Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeney or Chay-nee but do try to have a modicum of respect for words other than your favorite V.P. of all time's name.
