Like every U.S. State, Hawaii has to conform to a uniform standard. What you just described was an old-fashioned native Hawaiian birth certificate while Hawaii was still a territory - I'm sure Guam, Puerto Rico and other territories have the same non-standard U.S. form today, or they followed their fellow U.S. states and conformed to a standard that works.
Hawaii already said that it went electronic and ALL birth certificates has been converted to a standard uniform (gee, sounds familiar, dumbass?) short-form birth certificate.
I can attest you that my own state of Colorado has the same standard, because 17 days after my son was born, I was able to obtain his birth certificate, and it's EXACTLY similar to the one Obama released.
So, go on, froth some more. I like you that way. You represent the Republicans and the quack Liberterians, and I intend to show the world your frothiness. Guess your reptilian brain can't comprehend the concept of "standard" and "technology" yet. I'm surprised that you haven't killed yourself drooling over your C64.

This is just a lie. This standard you have imagined does not exist; and certainly didn't exist 50 years ago. If you would like to see the large discrepancy in the format of COLB and the like, just look at some from the time.
Also any birth certificate you can obtain will have the hospital of birth.
Resulting to lying is pathetic. If you want to make things up because your losing an argument thats fine. Just don't be condescending when you are the one lying.
And since you are a liar, your only other argument is to insult me.
I win, stop lying.
Dude, you never won the battle, nor the war. Get over it, birfer.
Recheck my facts about the standards set. If my wife didn't put away my son's birth certificate, I'd show you it, blacked out. All I had to do was do a simple form that was to be filled out, sent to the Department of Health for data entry, a week later, went to DoH and paid $17.75 for a birth certificate for safekeeping. The said birth certificate is very, very similar to Obama's birth certificate, so game ovah, and you LOSE.
The said birth certificate I mentioned is light blue in background, and the facts are there. Mother, father, date of birth, time of birth, hospital of where my son was born.
I have already compared BOTH certificates, my son's and Obama's. They are VERY similar in every aspect of the way. So go away, troll, or I shall taunt you for the xth time.
