I haven't seen this question addressed yet. Wouldn't that be the frosting on the cake if Sanford - after throwing a full-blown hissy fit about accepting federal funds - absconded to Argentina on the public dime? I'm sure DU sleuths are on the job, but I hadn't heard any speculation yet.
