As far as someone's sexuality goes, I really don't care what they're into. If they're rank hypocrites it's fair enough to critique that, but I really don't care what form their sexuality takes. I find the constant jokes about Vitter's diaper fetish irritating as well. I don't get his fetish, but people generally don't pick their sexual fetishes - to me those things are just part of someone's makeup and hard to change. If it's not criminal I see no point in obsessing over what they actually get up to.
