Question about the torture photos that we should be asking everyone in Washington
If the things in the torture photos are so horrible and so criminal that they can never be released, then why haven't all of the people responsible for these atrocities been prosecuted yet?

Don't release (Because the things in the photos are criminal), but don't prosecute (Because that would be "chilling")?

Makes no sense.

1. the people who have the authority to prosecute should start doing so
courts can keep the photos secret to the jury can't they?
