Talk Show Host John Ziegler defends Palin's resignation to BILL O'REILLY!
In case you're one of those people who think that Republicans don't live in an ALTERNATIVE REALITY, *IF YOU CAN* check out John Ziegler talking about Sarah Palin on Bill O'Reilly.

http://www.1260.am/programming/hosts/bios/?host=26

O'Reilly tries to be 'balanced' in his approach. Warning: John Ziegler is crazy. This is how they (Hannity, etc) do it folks. They have this cadre of KOOKS which they bring on now and then, to make THEM look "moderate"...

If you've hesitated to click, I understand. Note, however, that it was Ziegler who make a "documentary" about the media's "attacks" on Palin during the campaign featuring an exclusive interview. That interview was later used for many sound bytes.

1. Just wish once some one would ask that Bag of Hot Air Ziegler
why he left his talk show at WHAS in Louisville. He made several demeaning remarks about women (I don't remember all of the details) but he was fired.

At the time he also had a weekly debate segment on WAVE-3 TV against John Yarmuth where he repeatedly got his backside spanked by Yarmuth. Yarmuth (now Representative Yarmuth!) had facts, figures nailed down while Ziegler has to rely on the daily faxed talking points from Grover Norquist and the GOP. It was no contest but well worth the watch just to see Ziegler get all pissy and mad and do his weekly meltdown while Yarmuth smiled, stayed calm and twisted the knife. Ziegler is a media whore - he will say and do anything to keep his name in the news. I think he would kill to have a gig on Faux Snooze. He would fit right in and lower the bar (if possible) even more.

3. WHICH radio show?
He was fired after "trying to have a frank discussion about the 'n' word" on the radio.

Then he was fired for joking about blacks at some TV gig.

Then he was thrown / laughed out of Philly radio, but managed to get a gig on Comcast playing the outrageous kook on a panel show until he was let go of that.

Help me with the Louisville thing. Wasn't he leaving *before* he spoke about that woman's privates, or was that the reason he was fired?

Then he popped up in KFI in LA, where he was fired for being an asshole. I recall he created a website telling his side of that story: therealkfi.com

Then he signed on to do voice over on some anti-Hillary Clinton film financed by the American Spectator guys (didn't go anywhere once she lost the primary). Hooked up with some producers there and financed his own 'documentary' about the Obama election. I should note that I remember him saying that he was a beneficiary of his grandfather's trust - his grandfather was a NAZI...

It was for that he got the Palin interview, and it turned out to be for him like Michael Jackson buying the Beatle library...

Then, even after the KFI fiasco, he's now got a show again (for now) at KGIL.

As the other poster suggested, it's all about John and like so many others, he just goes by the talking points and hopes to find something to hit it big.

He could actually get there, if he'd just stop being SUCH A FUCKING NUT - not even the 'mainstream Republicans' want a piece of him!
