MSNBC Has Now Lost Me As A Viewer Until.......
Schuster comes on in the afternoon. Their morning line-up is getting worse and worse. AM Joe is horrible and I won't watch it at all. They've now followed up with an equally obnoxious Dillon and then this stupid Dr. Nancy.

If MSNBC is interested in viewers and ad revenue - they are sure going about it the wrong way - because they are driving people away from their station.

1. Shuster is in the afternoons, unless they removed him from
that time slot.

viewers want to see.

6. They wanted their own "Sanjay", and nancy was already under contract (Today Show)
Plus, this gave them a perfect venue to invite all the naysayers on to "discuss" why single payer is a baaaaaad idea..

Once health care fails in congress, they'll cancel her "show".

3. I've switched to CNN during the Morning Joe time slot
I'm at work when the other drivel comes on. Then, I'm back home when the good stuff is on. I'm sorry to miss Schuster, who I like. But Morning Joe is moronic. And Mika insulted me and everyone else here yesterday. (my husband has MJ on in the morning and I caught Mika's "Real American" babbling.)
I will not frequent a show with the philosophy that some Americans are "more authentic", more "real" than others. And what did Mika base this pronouncement on? A poll showing increasing support against abortion rights. That proves more "real" Americans support Palin and her ideology. Nevermind increased support among Americans for stemming global warming or a national healthcare plan. No. The abortion issue alone proves that Palin is gathering support among "real" Americans.
I used to tolerate Joe and Mika for the all too infrequent appearances of O'Donnell, Brown, and Ridley. But, it just isn't worth it. Why start your day with these poorly prepared buffoons?

4. I watch Morning Joe - I like it - best selection of guests of all the am shows
Edited on Tue Jul-07-09 10:12 AM by DrDan
sure - they often speak poorly of the administration and D's in general. But . . . . the administration and D's in general deserve it.

and I thought David S was on in the afternoon???

8. I warch Morning Joe a couple days a week....
but basically it is for entertainment not news. Sometimes they make me laugh, and other times I dismiss their talk for the ignorant babble it is.

Schuster needs to go back to strict reporting, that's what he does best.

9. Dylan Ratigan - Fast Money, Fast Talker
I'm sleeping during Morning Joke, but I can not stomach that new guy Dylan Ratigan - so yeah, I'm with you....I wait until Shuster is on, off during Mrs. Greenspan's hour, on again for Hardball...fade away at Schultz then wander back for Olberman.

There is absolutely no need to watch MSNBC very much now-a-day. Each host does the exact same headline stories every hour.

I never thought I'd miss Norah O'Donnel until this Ratigan guy took her job away.

10. Same here - If I want news in the morning, I go to Google News or go without
CNN sucks, Headline News is worse, the local stations here are worse than bad, and now MSNBC is useless until at least 3 PM.

I knew that Dylan Ratigan was going to be unwatchable when he was on The Ed Show a couple of weeks ago. And that Dr. Nancy is just flat out obnoxious!
