he is chasing yet another win. The race is at stage four. No quitter there!

The 37-year-old Armstrong, who is coming out of a four-year retirement, began the day in third place but gained ground on Cancellara as Armstrong's Astana team won Tuesday's team time trial. <more at link>

edited to correct subject line. Had Lance at fourth rather than second. Mixed up his position and the stage of the race. Excited.

2. Actually he's in second with the same time as the leader.
He's effectively tied for first, but does not have the yellow jersey.

3. You are right of course. I edited the subject line at the same time
of your post. I got excited. So many fours to contend with. Typing without glasses. Arthritic fingers. Saw the mistake as soon as I pressed the post button. Did not review first. So many excuses. If I were a governor, I think I'd quit.

I like Lance Armstrong. He's on my list of people I'd like to meet someday.

I think you'll find this portion of the race (stage 4) results posted several hours prior to the OP. It's in the news, on the tubes, life is hard. Here is the info from the SI site Posted: Tuesday July 7, 2009 11:49AM; Updated: Tuesday July 7, 2009 1:23PM
