If you missed the Gators' Joakim Noah's tribute to his mom...
well, Al Rodgers at Kos captured it for us. It was a sweet moment and a simple moment.

If anyone missed Joakim Noah's Mommy bit...here's the video.

"I told her that I loved her," Noah said. "You know, I mean it's a special feeling to see all the families in the crowd. When you know they are so proud, there's nothing better than that. You look at Big Sid and he's crying. Big Sid is starting all the chants and stuff. And your mom's always there for you, you're playing for your mommie, you know. ... That's her 6-11 baby boy who's running up in the stands and everybody hates." It's always UF parents day; St. Petersburg Times; March 30, 2007

"I think a lot of being sensitive about issues comes from my mom and my sister," Noah said earlier in the NCAA tournament. "I've only grown up with females." A voyage from Noah's arc; Toronto Star; April 03 2006.

"I understand why people always ask me about my dad. But I've learned so much from my mom," Noah said. "She's the woman who raised me. She's also my best friend." Gators' Heart: They Get It From Their Mamas; Tampa Tribune; March 2006 "

Awww, so sweet. My son admitted he and his wife got tears at that. He was a gator, still is at heart.

Video at the link.
