2. And, she claims he was fucking his mistress in the C Street residence
which is listed as a church.

Looks like Ensign, Sanford and the boys were looking out for each other to the extent of allowing each other to bring their mistresses into the Christian rooming house for fucking and who knows what else.

Nice, eh? Next, we'll find out they also sanctioned sloppy seconds, thirds and fourths with the mistresses. Solomon complex, you know.

6. So I have a couple questions about that whole C Street "king" thing
Supposedly this group believes that anyone who rises to power is Divinely appointed to be there, so they've been using the "king David" Biblical model to justify staying in office after being caught in scandal.

So do they logically extend that model? Do they perhaps consider they are entitled to many wives and concubines too, like David and Solomon his son?

And how does this "divinely appointed and entitled" thing play out in a democracy when the public, which hired them, decides to fire them? Are elections a pesky wrench in the model they'll one day do away with so they can keep their rightful positions without the bother of such nuisances?

4. Ha ha ha ha!! A hearty K and R, eh!! This is PRICELESS!
Is this guy a "kept man".....or WHAT? Crack that whip!

Chip Pickering, 45, was elected to Congress in 1996, retired in January and is now a lobbyist in Washington for Cellular South, the company Creekmore Byrd's family owns......The lawsuit contends that Creekmore Byrd gave Pickering an ultimatum, saying their relationship could not continue if he became a senator because he would have to stay married.

"Ultimately, Creekmore Byrd gave Pickering the option to remain a public servant or become a private citizen and continue relations with her," the lawsuit says.

The voice mail box at Creekmore Byrd's home was full Thursday and messages left for her divorce attorney were not immediately returned.

The 45-year-old is a member of Mississippi's wealthy Creekmore family, founders of the Cellular South phone company.

She and several relatives and Cellular South executives donated to Pickering while he was in Congress, and he had kind words for the company at a 2007 subcommittee hearing where invited speakers included Cellular South president Victor Meena.

5. Family values strikes again!
These people are such a joke and if they weren't in power, they'd deserve nothing but ridicule. Unfortunately, we have to be wary of the hominids.
