Would health-care be an excellent campaign issue if...
it does not pass in this Congress? Could it be used against those that vote against health care reform?

Who would want to tell someone who lost their health coverage that we did not want to mess with the best healthcare system in the world? Who would want to tell the mother with a sick child and no money that they voted against it because it was "socialistic"?

Who would want to tell all the unemployed, "Sorry, we didn't think you deserved it"? There just might be some really pissed-off voters?

1. Pass or fail, it will definitely be used as a campaign issue.
