1. I started to wade through the questions from the Senators...
but after reading Sessions' questions and Judge Sotomayor's responses and starting into Grassley's, I gave up. The same questions were asked AND answered during the hearing by those two and, I have no doubt, the rest of them as well.

I did like the firm manner in which Judge Sotomayor responded, it was interesting to read her responses, MUCH more interesting than to read the regurgitated questions by the repubs.

Thanks for posting this, it is appreciated.

2. I agree, there are so many issues they never asked her about and not just them
Feingold didn't even use all of his time, I nearly fell out of my chair, how do you pass on something like that?
