And all she said was that you can't authenticate a document by looking at an image.

Her comment has been taken out of context, as is common in Birtherstan, to mean that the image was a scan of a fake document.

Orly does that sort of thing. Two of her "plaintiffs" had to file papers in the Keyes v. Obama case stating they wanted out of it, since they never authorized her to represent them. Same thing happened with a "plaintiff" of hers when she tried to amend the case to add more of her imaginary plaintiff.

Given her Invasion of the Body Snatchers style, you never really know if anything she does is authorized by anyone she names.

That Declaration was submitted in a long-dismissed suit in Hawaii.

Orly wasn't even involved in that case, but she got a copy of the declaration from that suit, and used in the Keyes case, and both Cook cases (GA and FL - both dismissed).
