He called Professor Gates "a banana eating monkey" in an email to the paper, got suspended by the B.P.D. and now has the balls to sue the city?

More amazing is that CNN actually interviewed this clown as though he deserves equal footing with the Mayor who had the guts to do the right thing and fire his ass.

I hope the Mayor gives him a hearing at 9AM tomorrow morning followed by a pink slip.
