I feel sorry for the congresspersons who are hosting these town halls |

I'm hearing the most moronic comments and I know that the congresspersons are silently thinking that they represent a great band of idiots. I just want to hear one of these congresspersons say "Look lady. You don't know what you're talking about. You are wrong. Please stop talking". I saw one where this woman was telling the congressman that Obama is in favor single payer. The congressman says that Obama isn't proposing that and the crowd shouts him down.
Obama is for single payer? DU would be loving it!
Such ends my little rant.

1. I do too. I wish they would filter out the non-residents somehow. |

It isn't fair to the constituents who are genuinely interested in learning more about the goings-on in Congress.
It actually makes me sad. I think it's so disrespectful to the Congressperson.

They announce that tickets are free and available at their HQ.
1. picture ID required 2. only people who LIVE IN the district get tickets 3. must sign in with ID at the door
problem solved.
and a reading of "the memo" BEFORE the meeting starts..
then an announcement thjat anyone who disrupts the meeting will be removed..
invite cops and or hire security..
They need to shut down these fruitcakes and make that long bus trip a waste of time they could be spending at walmart.

I feel sorry for them, volunteers, staff and decent Americans who show up and are intimidated by the shouting Brownshirts.

7. Obama used to be in favor of single payer |
|
I guess that he is more informed now, so he changed his position.
