Where are all these increased profits going? Since labor is creating the productivity and also, taking the pain in labor cuts, I am sure they are reaping most of the rewards from this good news? Right?
Has your boss informed you yet of the increase in pay you are getting very soon? Or did they freeze your pay indefinitely? That's just the way it is? That's just the way it's supposed to be? What are you going to do with your new pay increase?

Maybe the sad truth is that we really don't have enough productive work for our population and in reality there is a whole lot of fat that can be cut.
