A city TOTALLY SHUT DOWN for his "visit" including warnings that the inhabitants were forbidden to go onto their balconies. It DIDN'T HAPPEN because his "screening demands" were rejected out of hand. I've always wondered what that "visit" actually cost. It shut down the ENTIRE REGION.
