First he tried to make him out to be a birther who didn't consider the President legitimate. The gun guy managed that.

Matthews misquoted his sign and the gun guy didn't let me do that either.

Matthews attempted to make the gun being loaded something sinister and the gun guy reframed it well.

Even if you don't agree with the guy you have to admit that Matthews' best punches were mostly deflected. He didn't let Matthews make him into something he wasn't. However, he did present his position and it was right wing libertarianish.

The guy appears to be a Ron Paul kook, but one who didn't break the law and acted peacefully while at the protest.
