for people not to lose their accents if they move to another country after puberty.

I ran into Henry Kissinger in the pre-opening hours at the now defunct McCormick Tribune Freedom Museum in Chicago about 2 years ago when I was 18, He approached me as I was listening to "Losing my religion" and hearing about the fights that went on to ban it, He said hello, and started talking, after about two minutes I introduced myself and he told me who he was, He was a nice guy, I looked further into who he was when I got home, I knew who he was beforehand, just didnt pay attention to anything he had done. He's a decent person in my book, criminal maybe, but I know alot of wonderful criminals
