Thursday, August 13, 2009—On the Glenn Beck radio program this morning I heard Katy Abram, 35-year old mom, who asked Arlen Specter, with boldness, a question at a town hall meeting. She was sobbing uncontrollably as she reported how the unscrupulous left had been calling her cell phone, emailing her constant threats and vile vitriol. The harassment didn’t stop there it bled over to harassing her father’s business.

Honestly this broke my heart and I felt helpless because I had no way to help her. This young patriotic woman is another victim of the Obama Acorn goons. Remember Joe the Plumber and the vitriol he suffered from the Obama thugs? This has to stop and remember this when you go to the polls in 2010. The mean-spirited Democrat machine has to be stopped and held accountable for their actions.

When Hannity asked for more detail, salivating at the chance to paint the left as monsters, Katy sheepishly admitted that she had gotten **ONE** phone call on her cell phone in which someone called her a racist and then hung up.

I only live about 15 miles away from Lebanon and I really wanted to attend that town hall meeting. You see, I was laid off of my job (that didn't have health insurance anyway) two months ago and I had an in house accident and found out that I broke my collar bone two weeks ago. I am going to turn 54 years old next month and I have been a tax paying citizen since I was 16. I worked after school jobs and then worked full time after graduating. When I researched what sort of assistance I could get it was a major slap in the face. In the state of Pennsylvania you will qualify for financial assistance if you are in rehab for drug or alcohol abuse, otherwise you are sh*t out of luck. Well, to quote Dana Carvey "isn't that special"?

I think more and more we need to realize that these are not people who are going to engage in a discussion honestly. Their entire projection of US as the "liars" is based completely on their own acceptance that deception is part of their "winner take all" game.
