Cash for Clunkers questions

first, is there an OFFICIAL site that has info on this? the intertubez has a lot of garbage, and i'm having issues finding something legit.

second, how would one verify if their car qualifies? i know someone posted a link here before, and i did not bookmark it(DOH!), and again, i am having issues finding anything that has this info.

any help is greatly appreciated!

on edit: okay, i guess cars.gov is the only "official" website. is that correct?

7. I'm not sure if the incentives are any different in other areas.

I design ads for a living (Mostly for Southern states) and the guidelines all seem to look the same.
