I must admit it as much as I do not like Barack Obama I fear for his life! Do I want to see him be a one term President? YES! Would I like to see him judged and found guilty of impeachable offenses? YES! But murder NO NO NO! Besides all of the moral, legal, ethical implications of him being killed I guarantee his assination would bring about the 40 years of progressive government that Bill Clinton was boasting about the other day. Obama as a martyr is even more dangerous than Obama the President. The ‘club’ that it would give the left of this country would be used hard and fast and if you think that the change toward socialism is fast now give them the martyrism of Obama and you can kiss the constitution good bye forever. The middle ground folks that the left manged to ‘pull the wool’ on in November of last year would once again become putty in the hands of the left. The pictures of the greiving widow and children would quickly over whelm all oposition and more importantly potentially make Michell Obama the most powerful politician in our time (think a Hillerized Jackie-O) and do you really want someone who hates America even more than Barack Obama to be in that position?
No I want Barack Obama to live a long life and to fade into marginalizion and obscurity much like Jimmy Carter has, but my worry is that we have all seen what the left does with tools once used, what always happens in the end to useful idots, my fear is someone on the left will dicide that a progressive martyr is much more valuable than a failed progressive President.
