6. i just don't like that type of interviewing. i understand why he did it and i understand that that
guy just wasn't going to shut up... but i just don't like the talking over people. but i do like that o'donnel called him a liar and got him to admit he would have voted for medicare.... an the guy said straight out that social security was a great thing for his grandparents....

9. I don't like it either as a matter of taste, but I think its necessary.
Liars need to be called liars, hypocrites need to be called hypocrites. Frankly (and I'm shocked to say this) I think Chris Matthews does that a little bit better than Odonnel, but there are times where I think it needs to be done.

That said, I think the person right now who has the most eviscerating critiques of the right wing is Rachel Maddow. No one is doing such excoriating reporting as she is. Tracing the money, calling politically partisan dishonest corporate funded PR campaigns on health care - naming names and showing the connections - its the best thing you can do. And she does it with class, even when the CEO of one of the corps she was calling out came on the show.

She's a class act, and I don't think she's shown any indication of going soft on anyone, buts she's far more graceful to watch doing it than Lawrence was tonight.

Still though... better for him to do that then not do it, don't get me wrong. The entire section just felt a bit clumsy to me.

10. i agree... and rachel goes in knowing her facts.... not that o'donnell doesn't.
he did really well with the woman last night.... walked her right through it. and the guy he was interviewing tonight obviously wasn't interested in actually asking the questions. and sometimes i guess it's needed.... that guy was an ass!!

13. Are you sure you have the stomach for what it's going to take to get the country back?
do you really want the wingers to be doing all the shouting? How else do you think the word is going to get out? If he hadn't routed the guy, it would have just been 5 more minutes of hate radio propaganda.

Wake up, people. We're at war.

11. I loved it.
The congressman only hopes that nobody watches MSNBC. Of course we all know that if nobody watched the network, then Culberson wouldn't have bothered to go on the show. Notice how these assholes have nothing to say beyond their talking points and immediately launch into attack mode when challenged/questioned.

O'Donnell was fantastic.
