He pretty much addressed my questions and reservations in this one.

I honestly don't understand why they're so afraid.

Which includes a near total lack of empathy for others!

10. They're afraid because they've been told to be afraid. |
|
They've been told something will be taken from them and to be angry so they are. That group of people don't need reasons why and don't think for themselves, they do what they're told.

13. Yeah, I think it is mostly based on fear. I can see my elderly (but deceased) |
|
parents buying into the fear thing. Of course if they were alive, I'd be able to set them straight. :7
And, I gotta keep remembering, this EXTREME fear and hatred has so much to do with racism, whether they recognize it in themselves or not, so I guess logic can't address that.

15. Yes -- I just mentioned that on my response to the previous post. I keep |
|
forgetting that.
Whenever a company discontinues a product line, or a business decides to change locations, or ANYTHING, I always say "why?". Then I realize there's always only one answer. Money. It's always the money.
I'm beginning to realize that's the 'only one' answer to so much of the resistance Obama and Dems as an extension are receiving -- racism. :(

24. Then why didn't they believe Clinton on Health Care? |
|
I don't believe it is about Black and White -- it's about POWER and right now they don't have any.
They have always had power and now they don't.

My family had to hold me back from bashing the teevee. How could anybody listen to that townhall and continue to bash the President. What a cuckoobird.

21. One reason he succeeds is that he shows respect for the audience |
|
He tells people they're asking very good questions and he thanks them for asking the hard ones and he talks to them like they can understand complexity. That always wins people over. Sometimes even the nasty ones.
