The Senate Judiciary Committee is “poised to vote” tomorrow on a motion by committee chairman Patrick Leahy (D-VT) for “the power to issue subpoenas for a raft” of Justice Department documents in the U.S. attorney case. 9:50 pm | (from NationalJournal.com)

2. Are those docs going to turn up "lost" also???
As if we need to ask....


Better make sure the supoenas include RNC, etc. servers too....
