Insurance reform ,huh?
Well, I guess the best way to reform it would be to put some people in charge of reforming it, some people who are very familiar with the insurance industry. I think the best choice would be some people FROM the insurance industry.
Get some people from the insurance industry and put them in charge of reforming the insurance industry.

Oh, what? We aren't there yet?
