Great deal on bananas, whole-grain bread and Cheerios...
Food prices are being discussed on a different thread and I posted info on great deals
I'm getting lately. I thought others might be interested, since these are pretty good
deals on healthy foods. Times are tough and we can also use some free/cheap healthy food, right?

You can get all of these deals at Super Target.

First, go to afullcup.com You do have to register, but it is free. Then, you will have access
to all of the Target coupons that are up on the Target site. Afullcup allows you to select how
many you want to print and print off multiple copies of the coupons. Very convenient.

Deal #1--At afullcup there is a coupon for "50 cents off 1 lb of bananas". Bananas are 59 cents
a lb at Target. Get a lb for around 9 cents! I usually get two one-pound groups of bananas and use two coupons.

Deal #2--At afullcup, there is a $1/1 General Mills Cereal coupon. You can use these coupons on the small
individual-sized cups of Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Lucky Charms. These cereal
cups are $1, so FREE cereal!

Deal #3--At afullcup, there is a $1/1 Archer Farms Artisan Bread coupon. There are small loaves of multi-grain
bread. They are really yummy! They're also $1...so free, healthy, fresh bread.

Deal #4--Pop Tarts are $1.52, and afullcup has 75/1 Pop Tarts coupons--making the Poptarts 77 cents. If you have
manufacturer coupons from the Sunday newspapers, for Pop Tarts ($1/2), you can get the Pop Tarts for 21 cent. I know...
they're not health food, but I get them cheap and donate them to the food pantry--because many times kids don't get
cool stuff like this.

Always remember--you can combine these Target store coupons with manufacturer coupons that are found in most Sunday papers!
I get stuff free/very cheap every week--great deals on toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo--as well as food items.

Also---just a note, on these coupons "One coupon per transaction" is written. I've been couponing for a long time, and
Target put this verbiage on their coupons about a year ago. I've never had ANY cashier tell me I couldn't use multiple
coupons in one transaction. I usually use 5 of the same coupon in every transaction--sometimes using up to 50 total coupons.
No one has said a thing. I just thought I'd mention that--because I'm not sure why Target put that on the coupon--but they did.
All of the thousands of members in my online coupon club are allowed to use multiples too.

Happy savings!

1. One thing I noticed about Cheerios lately
The regular flavor Cheerios are the same as they always were, but any of the other flavors (banana nut, apple cinnamon or whatever) seem to be made of more corn than oats. And you can bet that's probably good old taxpayer subsidized, genetically modified, MonSatan/ArchangelDemonMephistopheles franken corn.

So while regular Cheerios get in trouble with big pharma for lowering cholesterol, their side brands will give you diabetes and make you fat. Go figure......
