that be used for television newscasts? The networks (cable and broadcast) and local stations could save alot of money by replacing the people with these things. I bet the voice machine wouldn't feel the need to tell us it's name every 2 minutes. They could also run more scrolls, since there would not be a person to complain about it taking away from them. They could have a news scroll, a sports scroll, an entertainment scroll and an advertising scroll. With the technology I think it's time these people go.

http://www.weatherunderground.com top click NEXRED and the closest Doppler radar station, in TN i used the one upwind of the prevailing winds.. we had tornado's all the time.. you can zoom in close enough to see the local roads.. click on storm see where hail and tornado's and severe weather is.. you can animate so many frames.. and it is updated every so many minutes.. you can figure by measuring animation movement, out how fast bad storms are moving and when they will hit..

it worked pretty good.. tornado's are always in the C shaped hooks
