I just read that Fox and GOP Leader Steele made an egregious claim about the VA: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x4038502.

To think that this would be a policy of the VA for vets to commit suicide is absolutely ludicrous and irresponsible of both the GOP and Fox. It's blatant propaganda used to scare people away from government and it's the same kind of irresponsibility that goes with calling doctors baby killers. It's not just Glenn Beck. It's a pattern of Fox. We should broaden the campaign going after Beck's advertisers to Fox in general on the premise of this event. I believe advertisers will also see the pattern and realize the damage that Fox is doing to this country. If they responded as well as they did for Beck's racism, they will respond to this defamation of the VA.

1. Could you not overplay your hand? Going after the entire Programming
might bring a reaction--they will forever ignore you in
the future.

Business knows Fox has the right to provide news from a
Republican perspective. We may not agree with their interpretation
and analysis. Freedom of Press gives them this right.

It is more effective, IMO, only complain at serious cases when
they go over the line.

3. I'd say lying that the VA has a policy to encourage Vets to commit suicide is about as serious...
as it gets.

2. You want to go after Fox? Fox has declared war on the BBC.
Load the BBC up with facts about Fox here, esp. Beck and Hannity.

If we cannot stop them here, we can warn the world.
