What would it take for Pat Buchanan to be fired by MSNBC? |
|
Cause at this point, I think the answer may just be "nothing."

1. That article was pretty lousy |
|
But it's not like this is a new opinion of Pat Buchanan's - he's been peddling this bullshit for quite a long time, and they are ok with it.

is there a more "sane" conservative to take his place. He generally get's along with their hosts and they feel the need to have a "conservative" voice on the air. I think he does a good job representing the bitter angry old that the conservative base has become. Looking at the conservative punditry your not finding much better out there.

|
so if something he said today is what triggered your question, I appologize.
It seems like most of the other hosts just make fun of him and his BS...especially the primetime hosts starting with Hardball.

It's just that the media doesn't want those kinds of Democrats on the old idiot box. They tend to prefer Democrats who couldn't buy a clue on a game show.
Granted every so often a smart one gets through and it takes the media days to deal with the damage.

As much as I don't care for him, I think he should stay on MSNBC. You can't have all Democrats on one show trying to argue a point. You have to have an oddball to bring controversial conversations so the show can be interesting. Everytime he talk on MSNBC, his true colors shows very brightly. We all know he's Anti-semitic and an Airhead lol.

|
and say freeing the slaves was a bad idea, and that Hitler had the right idea when it came to The Final Solution.
Nah, they'd just suspend him for a week and have him give one of those "I'm sorry if I offended anyone" apologies. Then he'd go right back to blathering.

25. Apparently wearing a stahlhelm, goosestepping across the screen, and shouting Heil Hitler |

probably won't do it.
Maybe turning into Phil Donahue would do it.
