We finally headed out to the party, my arm loose around her shoulder as we cruised down 868. Judy wanted me to do her again but I was just too high. If I had pulled over and made love to her right there, the accident would never have happened. This has been one of my biggest regrets.

We argued. She said I'd never find true love, that I'd probably marry some idiot who couldn't string two words together. I was terribly upset. We hit the intersection with 349 at about 50 mph and from there it's a blur until later in the ER.
