Do you think those corporations, the one that owns NBC (GE--up the Pentagon's ass for eons) and those big advertisers like P and G (huge DOD contract) all of whom have lucrative Pentagon contracts, some totalling in the billions, are gonna put ANOTHER antiwar host in that slot?

After they went to all that trouble to get Imus, who went "off the ranch" so to speak, OFF the airwaves?

They needed to get rid of the antiwar guy. Not because he was a rude, abusive asshole, but because he had changed from a prowar BushCo shill to an antiwar advocate who called Cheney a war criminal and called for impeachment.

If they put another host in there, it will be a white male who appeals to angry, white, GOP likely voters, and who is NOT, I repeat NOT, opposed to the war or the administration like Imus came to be. Likely it will be a "Give the Surge A Chance" type asshole. A Jay Severin, a Howie Carr...some fat white asswipe who is loaded with anger and testosterone.
