My name is Madrone, and I'm a masochist. |

F'ing Fox News. It's the only news channel I regularly watch, and I primarily watch Douche O'Reilly, Douche Hannity, and Greta "I Talk Funny" Van Susteren.
What more can I say?
:grr: :banghead: :banghead: :grr: :nuke: :nuke:
I'd give a recap, but you already know what they're saying. Just think of the most outrageous right-wing-nutter caricature-style things you can imagine ... and you've got it.

The good old days where the wimmins knew their place and the negroes didn't even THINK of being all uppity!
:eyes:
Which REMINDS me.... (and speaking of Fox News)...
Last week they were reporting on the teabagger tour and were interviewing people in San Antonio. They found the (potentially) LONE black dude in the crowd who had the added bonus of an infant strapped to his chest. They asked him what he would say to Obama if he could... and while I was too busy having my mouth hang open to remember exactly what he said it was something along the lines of - "I'd tell him to stop trying to change things for healthcare. The founding fathers made this country this way for a reason and they knew what they were doing. We need to keep the constitution like it was when it was written and this country was created." (I wish I could do better justice to what he said - it sounded fairly intelligent but was mind-bendingly stupid)
But yeah.... You're RIGHT, token black teabagger. Things would be much better if we kept to what the founding fathers had in mind... and your ass was picking COTTON instead of being interviewed by Fox News. :wtf:

You must be. I cannot anymore. Actually I cannot watch ANY news anymore. I only listen to my progressive talk station. I used to watch Faux just to see what they had to say but I became too violent and crazy.

I can't watch more than 3 seconds there, just makes me sick, but in a way, I think they are digging them selves deeper into a hole, and I applaud that.

I don't know how I do it. As for WHY... I guess I feel like that's what "most people" are watching, so I want to be up on the BS they're being spoon-fed.
The plus side of it is that I usually have a very negative perception of how "americans" view Obama, or certain progressive issues - then I hear REAL news somewhere that shows people are supportive and it's like christmas! :D

It's like Christmas! The first time I heard Ed Schultz, or Thom Hartman, Rachel, etc I thought it was Christmas too!! It still brings tears to my eyes, that not everyone in America is a war mongering, illiterate, gas bag.
