Republicans are dumbasses
Edited on Thu Sep-10-09 04:54 AM by AllentownJake
They either have no opposition research, are tone deaf, or just plain stupid.

The left was getting a little ticked off at the President.

All they had to do was sit there nicely and the complainers in our party would be outraged over some point of the plan not going far enough causing the President to fight a two front war.

In steps the Republican party. Acting like an address to a joint session of congress is one of their townhalls. Showing total disrespect to the Democratic President of the United States.

With three words (or two depending on which media report you read,) some morons shaking papers, and a guy with a sign in his crotch the GOP has managed to remind all democrats in the country who we hate more than each other....THEM.

Just my political analysis

BTW Thank you Republicans for reminding me that I really despise you guys.

1. Partially, it's because their approach to "governing" has become so odious . . .
and anti-intellectual that they can't attract quality people to go into politic on their side. Just the no-thumbers and the card sharks.

So, yeah -- they're literally dumbasses. They've dumbed their party down just as they would the country

3. The republican "response" was incredibly weak.
Not as creepy as Jindal, but very weak.

5. To listen to their side of the debate, one would think that all
American citizens who have moved out of the country and into a nation with universal healthcare have gone broke and died at a predetermined time set by the government. I'm sure that's where they get their argument from.... must have seen a movie depicting it.

7. Republicans
prove their ignorance every day. They are anti-American, lying, bigoted piles of shit. I have family members who are Republican and I refuse to interact with them, you can't pick your family. However, I will not knowingly talk to or interact with a Republican unless it is to tell them they are assholes. I will not knowingly patronize a business owned by a Republican. Yes, I hate all Republicans because of their actions, their greed and their willful ignorance. They make a mockery of our Democracy and seek to destroy the American dream of equality for all. Such disrespect during an address to Congress may be acceptable for the citizenry but not for our Representatives.
