if we had to lose one of them, I'd much rather it be Di.

3. I think he'd have a better chance against DiFi than BB.
But all his Hollywood friends are going to have to choose sides.

4. I seriously doubt it. He'd never have more power or visibility as a Sen. than he does now as
Governor.

I doubt any move would interest him except running for President if this were somehow made possible through a constitutional amendment.

I think if there's no sign of this forthcoming after a while, he'll get out of politics.

5. I agree with you
The GOP isn't supporting him now. He didn't pull in enough GOPers in the last election. They would never support him for Senator. His sole purpose is to "deliver" California in 2008, and it ain't gonna happen. Doesn't happen, he's outta here. (Thank god!) And he would never win against Boxer. She may be the most popular Senator ever.
