Funny thing, though - in the wee hours of the morning, one of my cats (the one who WON'T sleep in or on the bed with me) came to bed and insisted on burrowing under one of my pillows and hanging out with his big butt sticking out for an hour or so. I wonder if the quake spooked him. I didn't feel it, but I sleep pretty soundly.
