AP Exclusive: Son sure Ky. census taker was slain

By JEFFREY McMURRAY (AP) – 2 days ago

LONDON, Ky. — The son of a U.S. Census Bureau worker found hanged from a tree in eastern Kentucky with the word "fed" scrawled on his chest says he has no doubt his father was slain.

Josh Sparkman tells The Associated Press he's frustrated investigators won't confirm that and continue to say they haven't ruled out suicide or accidental death.

This is the most recent I found on this story. It is one that I know is important...

Oh and let me interrupt this for whatever distraction du jour matters today

:hi:

2. the most important part of the story
Josh Sparkman tells The Associated Press he's frustrated investigators won't confirm that and continue to say they haven't ruled out suicide or accidental death

theres still to many questions on what happened here, both the feds, state and locals are playing this close to their chests, gonna be interesting to hear the final details.

4. Yeah, to me it tells me they are shaking the trees
speculation on my part, but he was murdered, and they are trying to find out who was involved.

Feds working in certain areas of the country have problem shaking trees, not just Clay County.

Also they are building a case.... see Mississippi Burning.

6. There are too many things that screamed murder at me
oh and I should say this, for some who think this is a southern problem... I can see this happening in my back country, and it is not the south.

Sad but true...

Edited on Fri Oct-02-09 01:35 AM by maglatinavi
yeah, sure... How could any one with half a brain could think it was suicide considering the way the body was found...It smells real bad... I think that the only answer to this dilema :dilema: is that the frigging law enforcers are into it...or... in it (Is it Mississipi or Birmingham, Alabama?) Let Justice be done and the blame fall on whomever committed this henious crime... Let the FBI come with a strong contingent...:kick: :kick: :kick::scared: .

9. you do realise that the feds, state and locals are all working on this already
and you would be surprised at how ingenious people are at killing themselves whether in purpose or accident, but we still dont know how this guy died exactly and until the info is released its all conjecture..
