After picking up lunch I clicked on to sports radio to hear what happened with the Olympics. Both local stations were in commercial. I hit the next AM button and Rush was on

He was flat out GLOATING about how Chicago and Obama were tossed out in the first round. "Presidents JUST DON'T DO THAT" (go to such events- he doesn't seem to be aware that Blair and Putin both did). He was audibly leaping up and down and the glorious glorious fabulous news that the US would NOT be getting an Olympics. It clearly was the best news he had heard in a long time.

I read elsewhere that at the Weekly Standard offices they burst out in cheer (later scrubbed from their own blog)

and so on

Way to root against you country you opportunistic asswipes.
