Choose "Live TV" from the menu, then under "United States," choose MSNBC (it's actually listed three times; don't know why; the second listing seems to work best for me in terms of properly starting up RealPlayer). RealPlayer should open and show you live MSNBC. Voila, you can now watch Keith and Rachel live online.

(Warning: TVPC's substitution for where the local ads would normally be placed, at least for now, is an extremely loud commercial for the Cayman Islands, whose tourist board must be financing the service. You will need to turn the sound down or off when the ad comes on, because otherwise the volume's going to blast you right out of your chair. You will also get complaints from people in neighboring states requesting you to please turn down your computer.)
