| I just got a robocall. It said press 1 for a message about capitalism. |

I pressed 1 and he said something like: "Capitalism has made America what it is today, help keep America strong, support capitalism." That was the end of the message, no "brought to you by" or any other info.
Anybody know anything about this message.
I am in Central CA. (it was probably Jim Robinson).

It was made by idiots in the first place and idiots make stupid things. Maybe they wanted OP all breathless with anticipation when the message was heard and panting with agreement when it ended.;)
I agree with you though.:hi: I am really sick of any robo calls. I have caller ID so if I don't know who is calling, I won't usually pick up. They can leave a freaking message. Most of them don't, so occasionally when I am having a bad day I pick the calls up, hit their options to get a live person and shriek at them that I am on the National "Do Not Call Registry." Most of them don't call back after that. I have thinned out quite a few, but there are many still standing, so my work must continue.
