Medicine: Bill Frist, for his amazing video diagnosis of Terri Schiavo, because limited government is only good for corporations. Runners up: the persons responsible for killing, kidnapping and wounding dozens of women's healthcare providers since 1977 in the name of reverence for "life," because women only deserve reproductive health services approved of by Christian fundamentalists.

Chemistry: Timothy McVeigh, for building the truck bomb that destroyed the Murragh Federal Building in Oklahoma City in 1995, because the federal government and its employees are evil, except when Republicans are running the show.

Physics: The creators of Glenn Beck, for figuring out how to animate pure hatred and turn it into a ranting, weeping, spittle-flecked conservative television "personality."

Literature: Sarah Palin, for her ghost-written 400-page "memoir:" okay, it's not out yet, but you just know it's going to be full of great Obama/Osama jokes, and riffs on socialist Democrat Kenyan Muslims ruinin' the country for "real" Americans.

Economics: George W. Bush, because just imagine how terrible the economy would be right now if those Democrat socialist muslims had been in charge!

Peace: Dick Cheney, because Iraq is now free of those dreaded weapons of mass destruction.
