Jaycee Dugard Breaks Her Silence
Jaycee Dugard Breaks Her Silence

We're getting our first look at kidnap victim Jaycee Dugard, 18 years after she was snatched off a street in South Lake Tahoe.

The first picture of the 29-year-old mother appears in the new issue of People Magazine.

According to the magazine, Dugard is now living in seclusion with with her mother, Terry Probyn, and the two daughters, Angel, 15, and Starlit, 11, who were fathered by her alleged kidnapper, Phillip Garrido.

I'm so happy to be back with my family," Dugard told People.

These days Dugard "rides horses, cooks meals and is thinking of collaborating on a book," according to the magazine's Web site.

"They live a surprisingly normal life, considering the circumstances," Terry's stepmother Joan Curry told People.
