I just realized who Rush Limbaugh is.
Only yesterday I was watching South Park and it was the episode called "CartmanLand".

http://www.southparkstudios.com/episodes/103935

Eric Cartman inherits a million bucks, buys an amusement park and closes it to everyone but himself. He rubs salt into Stan and Kyle's wounds by taking out TV ads saying how great it was and how nobody but himself can use it.

But then he is forced to hire a security guard to keep Stan & Kyle out, and has to allow 2 people per day in to the rides in order to pay for the guard. Then a ride breaks down and he has to allow more people in to pay for a mechanic.

Eventually, the number of people snowballs until he no longer wants the amusement park that he wanted to keep for himself - he sells it back to the original owner, and he is left screaming on the outside of the park, throwing rocks at it and demanding to be let in.

That's where Rush is. He used to be on the inside, master of his little world - now he's on the outside, and they won't let him in.

Rush Limbaugh = Eric Cartman, and it's beautiful thing to watch it happen in real life!
